Remedy Sports Account Deletion

If you have a Remedy Sports account and want to delete your account and associated app data, you can request deletion in either of these ways:

1. In the Remedy Sports app:

More > Settings > Delete Account

2. On the web:

Submit a request through our contact form at https://www.remedysports.ai/contact-us and include "Delete my Remedy Sports account" in your message.

When your account is deleted, we delete or de-identify account profile data, app activity, messages, profile photo, notification tokens, and other data associated with your app account.

Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, payment, fraud prevention, security, or compliance reasons, including payment, payout, tax, dispute, and audit records. These records are retained only as long as necessary for those purposes.
